Scott starts the show talking local sports, including local high school sports, Soo Greyhounds, Soo Thunderbirds, Soo Eagles, Soo Indians and Lake Superior State Athletics.

Steve Hettinga is the first guest on the show, head coach of the Lake Superior State men's basketball team, talking about his team and preparations heading into this year's season.

Co-host David McCaig Jr. continues the show to talk about the NOJHL and OHL along with opening week in the National Hockey League.

Bruno Bragagnolo joins the show, General Manager of the Soo Eagles, talking about the season so far, games coming up this week at Pullar Stadium and potential league games coming up there.

Co-host Butch Davis also joins the show to talk about the Detroit sports scene, along with the round table, talking regional and national sports, and our thumbs up and thumbs down for the week.
