In life, there are always three categories: Nice to have, good to have, and need to have; church communications is no different. I believe that in small church communications, there are essential, need to haves, such as having a Google Business Profile and a website; however, there are many areas in church communication that are simply good or nice to have.

In this episode of the Small Church Media Podcast, I break down what types of communications fall into the essential category and secondary categories. Plus, I have a some bonus opinions about where small churches often spend a lot of money hoping to make an impact, but often, have a little return on their investment.
