(#99) Stop Apologizing and Do This Instead

Welcome to another episode of The Radiant Life Podcast.

Today I'm giving you full permission to STOP APOLOGIZING!! This is something I struggled with growing up, where I would say 'sorry' for everything even things I didn't need to apologize for. 

 

In this episode I share with you what happens when you over use the word 'sorry' and 2 ways to reframe you vocabulary with more awareness and intention to feel more empowered with your words! 

1. What to say / do when you don't actually need to apologize
2. What to say instead of 'sorry' when you genuinely are apologizing for something 

I'm still human and this episode was inspired by catching myself say 'sorry' yesterday. So let's work together to take control of our words and shift the way we speak!!
