Giving Credit to Something or Someone other than You actually minimizes your input into your own healing and wholeness.

In essence you are the one choosing what you choose. You are the one following through with your commitments. You are the one staying in your body, meeting each challenge with enough strength and #courage that inevitably you experience an uplifting of your spirits, your emotions, your body, and clarity of mind. You are the one responsible for enduring what arises and stewarding yourself through to who knows where. It's all You!
