what is going on in Sudan? There are reports of renewed fighting in the capital city of Khartoum, foreign embassies are scrambling to evacuate their citizens from the embattled country. After several years of peace, there were hopes that years of war were over for Sudan. What happened? What has led to this new escalation of conflict in this North African country?
