For our 9th episode of the Women in Dentistry podcast, we have Ms. Rachel Nelson. Rachel is the President of Exan a Henry Schein company. She has worked within the dental school industry to find ways to improve patient care through technology, products, and services. In 2012, Henry Schein acquired Exan.  At the time, she had helped grow Exan into the leader in Dental School Software with approximately 90% market share in the United States.  She has been in this industry for the past 18 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Entrepreneurial Management. Rachel has served on the following boards: Consortium for Oral Health and Research Initiative, Harvard Initiative, Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health Advisory Board, Mission Possible Fundraising Board, Project Accessible Oral Health Communication Chair and Executive Sponsor Henry Schein Women's Leadership Network.
