Emma is the Managing Director at Inspired Learning, she is a Learning & Development Professional with over 15 years' experience in training, coaching and developing others.

Her passion lies in inspiring others to have the confidence to take action and develop themselves both personally and professionally in order to be successful. ​

She has extensive experience across retail, healthcare, facilities management and higher education which allows her to deliver a tailored service that is fit for purpose.

Emma is qualified in Kirkpatrick's 4 Levels of Evaluation and therefore always puts the learner and return on investment front of mind. ​ Emma is a qualified Mental First Aider and is passionate about supporting managers and their wellbeing and also that of their teams.​
