Understanding Purgatory

On the occasion of All Souls Day, 2019, Father Ed takes the opportunity to explain the doctrine of purgatory. It is one of the most misunderstood teachings of the Church. Many Protestants find it particularly confusing. Father Ed explains it simply and erases many of the misconceptions about the doctrine. He also explains why it is important to pray for the souls in purgatory, which is the purpose for gathering on All Souls Day.
