Meet Mike Stuart from Tiny Homes of Iowa as we talk about the benefits of placing one of these Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) on your property. Imagine a place for aging parents, loved ones in need of care or even rental income. However, it seems like every community have very different rules about ADU's.  We'll let Mike share his story.
