Morning Report 24 Nov 20: ASX set for another positive start on vaccine news

US sharemarkets advanced on Monday on positive vaccine developments from AstraZeneca and the University of Oxford and also on reports that US President-elect Joe Biden plans to nominate former US Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen to be US Treasury Secretary.
