Market Close 3 Feb 20: Local shares fall on coronavirus concerns

The Aussie market suffered a heavy loss to start the new week and month with the ASX 200 sliding 94 points or 1.34% as concerns grow over the potential impacts of the coronavirus outbreak. Energy, mining and bank stocks were among the major drags while safe havens such as gold stocks improved most.
