Mary FioRito is back with us loyal listeners and today she has much to discuss, first she is joined by Professor Carter Snead of the University of Norte Dame and together, they discuss the Vita Institute, which as Professor Snead says, is an intellectual boot camp for leaders of the Pro-Life Community from around the world. It also serves as a way for them to get together and meet, as well as network and develop and work on several projects within the Pro-Life Community. Her second guest, First Amendment attorney Eric Kniffen, explains this morning’s Supreme Court decision in the case Bostock v. Clayton involving the employment rights of transgender and same sex attracted individuals. Eric explains the facts behind their decision and provides an insight to why the court ruled in the way it did. He also points out how this decision has deeply affected many and causing some concern among some, including within the areas of marriage and family.
