Jerry Oleksiak, president of the Pennsylvania State Education Association joins Rick to discuss the recent lawsuit filed against his union by the euphemistically named Anti-union front group the Freedom Center.  Jerry talks about what these kinds of frivolous lawsuits are really meant to do and why it’s so important for his union to stand up in the face of this kind of bullying from big moneyed forces.
