Sam Lofstrand is a man of many passions. The slick talker first made his appearance on the podcast last year discussing the art of craft beer. I brought him back onto Season 2 of City of Champions to discuss a passion that devleoped back in Grade 7 when he got his first pair of purple Nike Air Max Plus. At one point owning over 60 pairs of shoes, Sam is a true "Sneakerhead". Sam walks us through the basics of sneaker culture and it's relevance to our lives.
