Episode #8 - Walking in the Dark & Trying Not to Shart

HELLO ALL!! This week's episode will make you laugh, cry, and possibly cringe. We deal with quite a lot while walking into Santiago, which is the "finish line" for most pilgrims while walking this trail. Karl did an unexpected night hike, which was filled with spiritually enlightened experiences, and had a hard time with missing his brother's wedding. Whitney broke down while being followed by lost kittens. Our walk into Santiago was tense and filled with unmet expectations. Whitney had a surreal moment with a butterfly that forced her to look at the journey as a whole, and not just Santiago as being the main focus and finish line of the pilgrimage. Having our entire Camino family back together again for one final hoorah of a meal was bittersweet.
