Find a reluctant commoner, pair them with a coach, and set them off on a seemingly impossible endeavor. This is the blueprint for creating a hero, and a multi-million-dollar Hollywood blockbuster. If our ordinary protagonist wishes to become the heroin, she must follow the steps laid out by Hollywood’s greatest hero, Rocky.
