ABOUT WINTER GROESCHL, NCC, LPC
Winter is passionate about providing care and support for those facing substance use disorders, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. They utilize an integration of modalities and inclusive approaches with their clients, pulling from ACT, mindfulness-based approaches, DBT/CBT, polyvagal theory, Compassion Focused therapy, and Client Centered modalities.
