Acts | Chapter 10 Pt.V (Necessity of Friendship with God)

We've been discussing friendship; that deep, personal, intimate relationship with the Lord. Jesus said, "You're my friends if you do what I command." So even in that, it's necessary to have that so then also with our our friends; or those we consider friends. Are they helping us in directing us to the Lord, to grow and mature and our relationship with Him? Or are they pulling us in the opposite direction, and in opposition to the Lord?  Paul writes in Scripture that those that are led by the Spirit, these are the sons of God. Do we give the Lord place to have say in every area and aspect of our lives and matters? It matters to him first. But, it absolutely matters to us and for our lives. Let's seek first the kingdom. Seek first the Lord, His righteousness above everything else. Allow him to add and bless you; in accordance with the plan, the Destiny tract he has for your life.
