The Fall Equinox has arrived and so day and night is of equal length for the second time this year.

In the Northern Hemisphere our days grow shorter signalling the winter approaches. A time for hibernation for many animals and a suggestion that we all hunker down for the winter months.

Some say this is the perfect time for a clearout, be that, cupboards and draws, the junk under the stairs or from the garage that is now not fit for purpose - we collect junk creating stagnant energies around us.

Also by this time of the year we have collected ideas, plans, grievances and frustrations from throughout the year that create stagnation within our minds.

Max and I talk about what we have collected throughout the year, and how we each personally create room, clear out this junk providing space for growth and discovery.
