3) Equality is within the opportunities. The success and failures within the opportunities are the responsibilities of the individuals. Thus, equality creates the opportunity for success so long as we are willing to strive for it and realize that competition is part of succeeding in equality.
4) Failure means we have the opportunity to learn and start over. This time with knowledge of what not to do.
5) Competition in business breeds success and growth for all humankind.
