Teach us to Pray (part 2 or 5) “Be Careful What You Ask For” Matthew 6:10

The Bible records just one occasion when Jesus was asked by His disciples to teach them something and that one thing was “how to pray”. We were created to have a connection with God but honestly, prayer doesn’t come as naturally as one might think. In the weeks ahead we’ll look at the answer (a prayer) that Jesus gave them, what we call the Lord’s Prayer. While we often expect little from this prayer, it opens requesting a revolutionary change in the world around us and within ourselves.
