Today I’m talking with Suzanne Barron she is founder of Process What You Feel to Heal and Feel, Heal & Align. As a yoga instructor, breathwork and meditation guide, and a practitioner of the ancient healing art called Jin Shin Jyutsu, Suzanne has helped women for over 14 years meet themselves with compassion — especially during times of grief.
She teaches simple, powerful practices to balance worry, fear, anger, sadness, and even pretending — that impulse to act “fine” when you’re falling apart inside—so they don't get stuck in the body.
Suzanne is also the founder and president of The Christopher Barron Live Life Foundation, a nonprofit that teaches underserved kids how to explore the power of their imagination by creating original comic strips. Her podcast, Finding Joy in the Hard, features conversations with people who’ve faced incredible challenges and come out the other side—offering inspiration, honesty, and empowerment to listeners navigating their own hard seasons.
She’s also the founder and president of The Christopher Barron Live Life Foundation, a nonprofit that helps underserved kids tap into their imagination through original comic strips—inspired by the incredible legacy of her son, Christopher.
