Athletic Training in the Arts ft. Dr. Michele Pye PhD

In this episode, Danielle and Jake sit down with Dr. Michele Pye Ph.D., and talk all about athletic training and the arts. Michele is a clinician, a researcher, and an educator with a focus on  and passion for the performing arts. She details her path into athletic training and academia, as well as some of the unique opportunities available at Shenandoah University. 

We talk with Michele on a variety of subjects from access to healthcare in performing arts education, interprofessional collaboration and the unique positions athletic trainers can have in the arts.
