A Lesson on ”You Can’t Do It Wrong”

As a follow up from my last episode which was focused all around 2021 goal setting, and more about who you're being vs. what you're doing, I wanted to remind you that when it comes to your life, you cannot live it wrong. There is no 'right way', and often times when we set out on accomplishing our New Years resolutions, there is a chance we might fall of the wagon after a few weeks. I'm here to say, that's okay. I think sometimes the damage of shame and being hard on yourself for not maintaining your resolutions can be much more significant than the fact that you didn't tackle your goals. In this episode, I ask questions on what we're measuring ourselves up against that make where we're at wrong? You are the only you there ever will be. You have your own unique gifts and talents, and only you know what is best for you. Thus, you cannot do it wrong. Enjoy!
