Rosa María Payá is a human rights activist and founder of Cuba Decide, an initiative that is attempting re-introduce democracy to the Cuban island. She is also the daughter of Oswald Paya who founded the Christian Liberation Movement and ultimately gave his life while attempting to better the future of his fellow Cubans.
