Maurice has an incredible martial arts legacy—he represented the UK in freestyle wrestling at the 1976 Olympics, won gold at the 1975 World Sambo Wrestling Championships, and is a multiple-time national champion in both judo and wrestling. Most recently, he was awarded his 9th Dan—congratulations, Maurice!

With a lifetime dedicated to combat sports, Maurice shares his experiences as an athlete and coach, his philosophy on training, and the lessons he's learned throughout his remarkable career.
