During our conversation, you’ll hear about his journey going from a person making constant, oftentimes unreasonable demands of his body to someone who now has a cooperative, profound, and connected relationship with all his movement through life.

Benny is an avid student of all things related to movement and the body. He’s a person who understands and holds sacred the energetic flow and capacity of the body to heal itself and powerfully support life. He personally overcame chronic anxiety, depression, pain and movement restrictions to become stronger and more flexible, able to live a more adventurous life.
During the hour, you’ll be personally guided through a somatic exercise and given an opportunity to experience his work for yourself – in real time.
His studies have taken him from the Shaolin Monks, and somatic movement work, into animal and childhood development, and through embodiment practices, breath-work, Tai Chi, Qigong and meditation. The depth of Benny’s knowledge and empathy for connecting with the body is truly magical.
