How much energy we have dictates everything we do during our day -
lets talk about that for a while for example what we put into our body for, and we are not just talking food, we are talking the news we let into our mind, we are talking about the things we actually talk about during the day.
We are talking about how when you put goodness or positivity into us, we get goodness and positivity out of ourselves.
We speak about how we have an abundance of energy, and remember when it was not so, as well we give examples of how this still effects to this day!
