Employee Engagement and Productivity

We've seen the survey that suggests up to 70% of U.S. employees are disengaged to "moderately" engaged in their work.  That in itself is a stunning number but how does that impact productivity and the bottom line?  Jeff Garrison from Merit Resources has some answers and some pretty simple suggestions as to how to fix an issue that is costing American business billions of dollars.
