Climate change top issue for Tipperary youth on Europe’s future

A 25 year-old accountant from Tipperary is one of a handful of Irish people who’s been taking part in EU wide panel debates to shape Europe’s future.

Niall Murphy is on one of four European Citizens’ panels that have been discussing what kind of Europe they want to live in  in the decades ahead. 

It’s all part of the Conference on the Future of Europe which is a year-long project involving European citizens, from all walks of life and corners of the Union, in shaping the future of the EU.  

This weekend Niall is participating in the final debate of his panel which is taking place in Dublin Castle. He described what the whole process has been like for him.
