Kate & Wyn explore what it would be like to live from the present moment of reality, where nothing needs to be any different, no matter what experience is occurring.  What if it was all ok: every experience that life has to offer?  They explore how much more interesting it is to live life in reality, than in our own heads and yet, how normal it is often to get caught up.  Living life without resistance and without seeking…is it possible?
