Recently we caught up with Walter and Wagner...the Brazilian 2Wins who will be back in Des Moines this weekend at Noce. Their story is one that came from a life of poverty and violence in the slums of Rio. Their father, a stringed instrument make instilled a love of classical music which led to a scholarship at the University of Northern Iowa.
