When you're up against lawyers, deal makers, fixers and facilitators its buyer beware. Today we discuss a recent breaking fraudulent paperwork scam and how a number of gringos were swindled in a Paraguay residency and passport operation. Turns out they hooked up with the wrong facilitator “residency broker“.
