Andiamo Italian Steakhouse - Group Dining Etiquette

It's time to go back downtown and this time we tried one of the lone Italian Steakhouse's in town. This time I attended with a group of co-workers and I even breakdown how to plan or not plan when going out with a group. I also saw some other folks say this place is a bit overrated, so I had to try it and see for myself.
