Who Am I? A Question So Simple, Yet So Profound - A Spiritual Journey To Finding Your True Self

Do you know your real self? Who are you? Who am I?

 

As many of you remember, I embarked on an eight day meditation retreat at the beginning of the month. It was all about knowing myself, finding out who I really am, besides my role as a friend, coach, employee, mother, daughter, and a wife. It’s not the role I played, but I asked myself... Who am I?
