Hands of Steel follows Paco, a cyborg designed to assassinate but ultimately fights to regain his humanity. While on the run he finds himself embroiled in a small town Arm Wrestling circuit and must find a way to beat those that would see him defeated all while keeping his deadly secret hidden....
