January 3 – How to be whole when you’re a mess inside. You might like to be happy all the time, but it would be hard. Really hard. And think about it, wouldn’t it be a little inappropriate to be all happy when you find out your father-in-law died, or your best friend lost her job? There is a time and purpose for other emotions.
