12. Jon Fitzpatrick, Indianola HS (IA)

He's a husband, father, ultramarathoner, assistant athletic director, head baseball coach, and certified mental performance coach. Indianola High School's Jon Fitzpatrick joins the show to discuss his new role as the head baseball coach at Indianola after holding the same role at Martensdale St. Mary's.

Fitzpatrick helps coaches build a bridge to connect where their program is now to their vision for their program's future. He jumps into his first steps in what is now the third head coaching position of his career after first taking over as a head coach at just 22 years old. He also describes his keys to maintaining a healthy separation between his job and his family. Winning, culture building, and program enriching: Fitzpatrick covers it all.
