Jackie has been empowering women by examining their story, extracting lies, excavating their truest self, exit with the dreams & desires, and helping them execute on their dreams & desires to experience a more fulfilled life. She believes that we can recover our own dreams and desires after the kiddos are gone and pursue them! And that we are NEVER too old!

In this interview, we talk about motherhood and being an empty nester. She told me that she was excited as a young mom to think she’d only be 40 when her daughter graduated from high school, but when the time came and all the dust settled of her daughter’s exit, she found herself not knowing what she truly wanted to do with the rest of her life or even for the next moment for that matter! She shares how she discovered vision boards and how important they are, and she offers great tips on how to get started with your own!
