It is a habit so many of us have, trying to keep our feelings “under control”, but it never really works out the way we want it to; and more often it takes a toll on our bodies and our lives.  This week, Mara welcomes Gosia Lorenz to the podcast for a conversation about the importance of letting go of those feelings - those energies - and the difference it can make in our physical, mental and emotional wellness.

At a very early age, Gosia began her interest in holistic health, spirituality, metaphysics, dowsing, and personal empowerment. She's continued her (re)search throughout her whole life where she studied multiple healing techniques, systems, and philosophies (Silva Method, Extrasensory Perception, Reiki, Dowsing, BodyTalk System, Theta Healing, Matrix Energetics, EFT, Access Consciousness, and many others).

Gosia has been facilitating classes all over the world, teaching various energetic techniques and women's empowerment workshops. She also co-wrote five books and co-created a deck of cards. She is a gifted healer, Spiritual Health Coach, engaging speaker and dynamic change agent, shifting lives of everyone who comes in contact with her.
