At the end of March 2023, the European Parliament adopted the EU Pay Transparency Directive which will come into force on 6 June 2023, giving EU member states a deadline of 7 June 2026 to transpose its provisions into their national laws. But what does it mean, what are the details, and what can we do now to prepare?
