Rita Pira was brought up believing she had to please everyone, get married young, and just play nice - until she decided to toss that self-sabotaging mindset to the gutter and start living. The queen of self-sabotage turned her life around and since doing so, her life has turned right around. What Rita discovered was that life happens "for you" if you choose to see it as such and that saying yes to life is far more satisfying and rich because of a growth mindset.
