PreAccident Investigation Podcast
Government & Organizations
This episode of the Pod kind of freaked me out. You ever see something that makes a ton of sense and yet you have never thought of before?
That is what happened to me.
I met Jeremy Cesena the other day at PG&E - he is a friend of the pod and a big thinker...and a great guy. He decided that he could use the blue line and black line cartoon as a way to code events - like a timeline for understanding and learning from an event.
It is way cool.
