CORRECTION:
*(correction)A gallon is 128 oz, not 90 like I was thinking. Roberta found the correct information during our episode
RESOURCES:
- Hydrojug link (the 73 oz. Bottle with the sleeve and strap)
- Amazon water bottle link (this one actually is a gallon. There are so many water bottles out there though, just search for the perfect one for you!)
- Water Tracking App Roberta Recommends: "Water Reminder: Daily Tracker"
