Market Close 14 Dec 15: Aussie share market drops to a 2.5 month low

The ASX 200 has closed down 100 points or 2% to a three month low of 4,928. Every sector suffered steep losses, but it was the energy stocks that were the hardest hit as oil prices continued to fall. The sector dropped 3.3%, adding to last week’s 11.2% plunge.
