As time progresses, Caden talks about dealing with anxiety around racing and the strategies he had to develop to readjust his perceptions of racing.
Caden unpacks his performance at the 2019 Gold Coast Marathon where he qualified for the Doha World Championships, going into the process of earning a New Zealand singlet and racing in the World Athletic Championship Marathon before going into his typical training structure and chasing a place at the Tokyo Olympics.
