It was another big season for Zac Taylor and the Cincinnati Bengals as they came up a game short of making a second consecutive Super Bowl.

With success comes other teams calling and looking to hire away members of a coaching staff. For Taylor, the excitement of knowing his entire staff looks ready to return after Lou Anarumo, Brian Callahan, Dan Pitcher, and Troy Walters each saw teams call with possible opportunities.
