Anna McCoy’s Myth

Anna McCoy is an artist, Somatic Experiencing practitioner, & creator of My Body of Art living in Asheville, NC. Through My Body of Art, Anna offers 1:1 somatic sessions, facilitates creative discovery experiences, and shares her original paintings to connect people back to their inherent wisdom and practice reorganizing our energy through aligned expression. 

 

This is an absolute banger of an episode... Anna tells us the story of Spirit and how her childhood experiences in sports and church have shaped her relationship with God. She drops nuggets on how we can relate to each other from a place of love without betraying ourselves and the synchronicity of discovering The Myths that Make Us.
