18. Let’s talk about racism.

What makes racism so complex is the subtle variations it gets served up to all people of color. Racism isn’t binary. It's not black or white, but all shades of brown. Racism is a spectrum and we all exist on it. How does racism show up in the Desi context in the US, abroad and in India? What can we do to change systemic racism, deep-rooted racist mindsets, and truly bring about reform?
