💖 44. When Your Mom Identity Changes

It’s that time of the year…end of summer and on the edge of the fall season.  With the change of the calendar brings something new for moms…drop offs.  Whether it is a 4K or a college drop off, it certainly impacts our identity as a mom.

In this episode, I share my story about doing 2 different college drop offs.  I’d like to think that second one was easier…but it wasn’t.  

The one thing that many moms are not prepared for his how your identity changes.  For many women, we have become so wrapped up in motherhood that it is challenging to see beyond that.  Who are we when that role, that identity shifts and changes?
